- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 14 de septiembre de 2017, proferido por el Juzgado 1º Penal Municipal de Puerto Tejada (Cauca), dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por Diego Luis Mancilla González en contra de la Secretaría de Tránsito y Transporte de Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3120, que contiene la acción de tutela presentada por Diego Luis Mancilla González contra la Secretaría de Tránsito y Transporte de Cundinamarca, al Juzgado 1º Penal Municipal de Puerto Tejada (Cauca) para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y decida la misma.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de Puerto Tejada (Cauca), la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
